History Established in 1953 by our Chairman, Les Wynn, The Malvern Press Limited is now internationally recognized as a leader in the field of foil blocking & embossing. Initially, we were purely letterpress printers, however, when foil blocking started to enter the market, we saw an opportunity to expand our services, especially with the similarities in the two processes.

Our first factory was soon too small to cope with our rapid expansion, so we moved to larger premises in 1966, by the late eighties these buildings had also become too small so we constructed a purpose built factory in 1990, and this is still the current site of our operations. From our earliest forays into foiling and embossing, right up to the present day, we have constantly strived for excellence. This has meant constant investment in the latest technologies, along with a highly skilled workforce dedicated to producing the finest possible product.

We were one of the first exponents of foil-blocked holograms, and now have one of the largest capacities in Europe for sheet fed application of them. We have been nominated for, and won several prestigious awards, among them The Printing World Award for foil blocking, and The API Worldwide Excellence in Foil Award.

Our aim is to provide all our customers with the same high quality of service each and every time they place an order with us.
